KAPCO JOINS AEROMART SUMMIT

Kapco Manufaturing Inc., joins the first AEROMART SUMMIT in Clark, Pampanga on June 4-6, 2018, headed by Mr. Takeshi Kurosaka, company president, with special participation of Ms. Arcilyn Dela Cruz and Ms. Roxanne Kay Belmonte of Quality Department.

AEROMART Summit aims to promote the capabilities in aerospace parts manufacturing in the Philippines not only in Clark, Pampanga but throughout the country. This major activity was led by the Board of Investments in collaboration with various partners and was organized by Aerospace Industries Association of the Philippines (AIAP) and Advanced Business Events (ABE). Institutional support from DTI, Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA), Clark International Airport, Clark Freeport Philippines, CAA Philippines, Department of Tourism, Promotions Board Philippines and Department of Transportation and Industrial Support from Air Carriers Association of the Philippines (ACAP), Aerospace Industries Association of the Philippines (AIAP), Cebu Pacific, Jamco, Lufthansa Technik Philippines, MOOG, Philippine Airlines, Rockwell Collins, SIA Engineering Philippines has paved the way to make this event possible.

Members of the Aerospace Industries Association of the Philippines (AIAP) and other nominated sectors were present in this activity. Plenary conference was scheduled on the first day of the summit, June 4, 2018 at the Quest Hotel wherein, Overview and Prospects in the Aerospace Industry was one of the highlight which educates the participants on the opportunities of the Philippine Aerospace Industries. They also promote awareness on the Airport Modernization Program, Philippine Air Force Modernization Program, New Clark City, the Future Aerostropolis, Route Development Program and Building a Stronger Philippine Aerospace Industry in the Global Supply Chain. Business matching at the ASEAN Convention Center was held on June 5-6, 2018 for the completion of this conference which allows each participant a wide choice of prospect clients and business partners.

Showing the capabilities of the company in this 3 day convention has added another milestone experience for Kapco Manufacturing.
