Kapco Manufacturing Inc., was founded by Mr. Yoshihisa Kurosaka in 1996, to serve the growing needs of industrial, automotive and aerospace industry.
Kapco Manufacturing started commercial operation of Electro-Deposition Coating Line which uses automatic Pre-Treatment and Electro-Deposition Coating Machine.
Kapco Manufacturing established its Electroless-Nickel Plating Line 1 which uses carrier type, fully automatic plating machines for aluminum material.
Kapco Manufacturing started cleanroom washing and inspection line class 1000 and 100 was established to support the production line.
Kapco Manufacturing was certified to ISO 9001 – Quality Management System.
Kapco Manufacturing established Electroless Nickel Manual Plating Line 2 to accommodate other material type such as SUS, Fe, Copper, and Brass, Stainless etc.
Kapco Manufacturing established Electroless Nickel Plating Line 3 to cater semi-conductor, medical and aerospace industries.
Kapco Manufacturing established Anodizing Line.
Kapco Manufacturing established Passivation Line.
Kapco Manufacturing established Gold Plating Line and ongoing development of the Chemical Conversion Coating Line.
